Head/ GM/ DGM Sales

• Responsible for visiting customers, understanding their requirements, and converting these requirements into business opportunities.
• Handling a Team of Sales & Marketing PAN India
• Managing and growing existing accounts, as well as developing new targeted accounts throughout the Indian sub-continent.
• Meeting or exceeding the forecasted sales targets set for each customer account.
• Creating presentations, MIS reports, forecasting business opportunities, and converting forecasts into actual purchase orders.
• Understanding manufacturing processes, cost estimation, and price estimation.
• Planning projects/products to facilitate the execution of orders.
• Performing risk analysis in business assignments.
• Attending customer meetings, sales meetings, and company department meetings.
• Following up on customer inquiries, submitting offers in a timely manner, and executing orders to meet commitments to internal and external customers.
• Reviewing manufacturing status reports weekly to track order progression.
• Corresponding with customers regarding order delivery status.
• Handling customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Monitoring department issues and client complaints to develop methods for reducing recurring issues.
• Reporting to SR VP Sales & Marketing

Required Profile :

BE/ B Tech. Production Engineering/ Mechanical / Metallurgical or Any Engineering

Hands-on exp in Sales Cycle management.

Also should have handle  Clientele of Steel Manufacturing clients

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Location : Navi Mumbai & Thane

Salary : 45 Lacs to 60 Lacs(Salary will depending on his skill, expertise, education and experience Background.)
